NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK 1986
We were highly entertained at the eighteenth family Reunion by the New York-New Jersey- Connecticut Branch of the family. The Days Inn, 440 West 571h Street, New York City was the headquarters for the Reunion. We met in the hospitality room of the hotel at 4:00 P.M. to be served food and drinks. Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M., a family member guided us in any direction we chose. Some went to the Statue of Liberty, some went to the ball game at Yankee Stadium, others went sightseeing, shopping and dining. Sunday morning services were with the Williams Institutional CM.E. Church, 2226 Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard, New York City, the Rev. James Jones, Pastor. The 11:00 A.M. sermon was delivered by Rev. Chestina Delaney and dinner was served following worship service.
