ATLANTA, GEORGIA 1987
The Williams Family celebrated its nineteenth Reunion July 10-12, 1987, in Atlanta, Georgia, headquartered at the Holiday Inn Hotel, 1-85 at Monroe Drive. The banquet was on Friday night. Saturday noon 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. the business meeting was held. The family left the hotel to visit the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center and Six Flags over Georgia after business meeting. A Saturday night barbecue was given at the home of the founder. Sunday morning worship was held at Butler Street C.M.E. Church, Rev. Thomas B. Brown, Pastor. The sermon was delivered by Rev. Larry Sykes. The Reunion was hosted by the Detroit Branch, Rev. Robert Mason, President.
