TAMPA, FLORIDA 2025 The 55th Williams Family Reunion "Tampa Thrive!" was lovingly hosted by the Central Florida Branch and held in beautiful Tampa, Florida. The Friday meeting and dinner were enjoyed at St John's Progressive Missionary Baptist Church during which we passed significant bylaws updates. The Saturday cookout was held at MacFarlane Park, where family danced, played games, and the children (big and small!) enjoyed the rides. Saturday night banquet was a feast for a king - our talented youth were on full display, the meal was delicious, family busted more than one move on the dance floor, and there were delightful updates to Roots & Fruits. Sunday, we gathered for a powerful word from our National Chaplain Rev. Brian Blackwell entitled "Look Again" at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church in Plant City where our own Rev. Dr. Larry Sykes is senior pastor and enjoyed the bountiful dinner afterwards.
